Tyler's First Day of Preschool

Tyler started preschool today. He was so excited to go to school and he walked right into his classroom and began playing. I was so proud of him! I was that mom who cried on her little boy's first day of school. Tyler is growing up so fast! There are two teachers and nine students. One of his teachers lives two doors down from us. They both said that they were very pleased with him and that he did really well. The other students have been there since September and the teachers were glad that he went right along with the routine and fit in with the kids. They were surprised that Tyler wrote his name and did a huge floor puzzle all by himself. He played nicely, listened to a story, did a snowman art activity, colored, had a chocolate chip cookie and juice snack, and went on a mitten hunt to find matching mittens. He had a great first day!!! It was wonderful to see him so excited about school.
